CONFIRMATION, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
a. $200 Non-refundable deposit for catering services is required to reserve date for catering event. Reservation Deposit: $200 non-refundable deposit reserves your time on the year's schedule. WHEN THE PATRON CANCELS, THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED, NOT CREDITED TOWARD ANOTHER ITEM AND CANNOT BE REDEEMED LATER AS CASH. Catering services booked for less than $300.00 must be paid in full. Catering services booked less than 48 hours in advance must be paid in full.
b. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be applied to the total bill.
c. 50% of the balance is due thirty (30) days before the catering date. The entire balance is due two (2) weeks before the catering date.
d. After fifteen (15) days, all payments accepted must be by cash or cashier check.
It is a requirement that G's Catering be notified of an increase in the number of attendees by 12:00 (noon), 3 working days prior to your event. This is the minimum number of guests for which you will be charged and will be considered a guarantee, even if fewer guests attend.
a. Deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellation made by the client for whatever reason shall be in writing (letter, e-mail or fax) and addressed to G's Catering. The client will receive a written acknowledgement of the cancellation. Cancellation fees will be applied.
b. Cancellation by client: If you, the client, cancels the event, a 75% cancellation fee will be applied on all pre-payments.
c. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event: 100% of the contracted cost will be charged.
d. In the event of cancellation due to drastically inclement weather, the client will be granted the opportunity to reserve the services of G's Catering for an acceptable date, subject to availability.
e. Any refunds on cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on an individual basis and will be made solely at the discretion of the G's Catering Director.
DAMAGES AND LIABILITY
As the host/customer, you are responsible for any damage done to the off-site facility by yourself or any guest (all attendees). You may receive a written itemization of any damages. Because of this responsibility, you have the right to require that any guests leave the premises if his or her behavior might result in damaging property or a person. Our commitment to quality and service ensures our clients a great value! With years of experience, our dedicated staff is ready to serve you and your catering needs.
*If you'd like to show your appreciation, you can include a monetary thank you. Gratuity is not included in your total bill.
Taste Testing: Taste testing is available for a minimum of 5 meals at $10 per person, depending on the proposed menu. If the catering proposal is accepted and the deposit is paid on the day of taste testing, the cost will be included in the initial deposit.
Allergies: We are not responsible for allergic reactions to food consumed at the function.
Staff Time: How many hours of staff time will the fee cover? Typically our fees cover the duration of the event. Cost for additional servers/staff is $15 per hour. Please ensure that a point of contact is available at all times (not on silent mode) during the delivery; this is to ensure an open and reliable communication link between the client and delivery personnel.
